Any personal data recorded about you and your animal will only be used by LS Equine Therapy. Personal information includes your name and contact details and the history and ongoing health and wellbeing of your animal. This data is kept securely for 7 years. You have access to it and you have the right to request it be erased. Information will only be shared with your vet should there be a concern regarding your animal's health. You will be advised of this before any communication with your vet. Regarding other allied equine professionals, only with your permission, will information about your animal be shared. For example to advise /give information that will facilitate the best integrated approach to help your animal.

Cancellation policy

Life happens, and we understand! You're welcome to cancel or reschedule at no cost. , if more than 24 hours in advance. For changes within 24 hours, a 50% fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
